About us

Abdulelah Mohammed Almutawa Attorney and Founder

Our story

Litigation, counsel and notarization under one roof

The firm was founded in Riyadh by lawyer Abdulelah Mohammed Almutawa to offer a legal service that brings litigation, counsel and notarization under one roof, so that clients have someone following their file from the first consultation until it is closed.

Over time the firm has broadened its practice to cover corporate matters, contracts and foreign investment, alongside notarization services, for individuals, businesses and investors.

Our vision

To be a trusted legal reference for our clients in Riyadh, relied upon to protect rights and organise transactions in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Our mission

To provide precise, clear legal services built on studying every file on its own merits, staying in constant contact with the client, and working towards the most suitable lawful solution for them — putting settlement first whenever it is possible and serves their interest.

What we stand by

Core values

  • Integrity

We abide by the law and the rules of professional conduct at every stage of our work.

  • Professional confidentiality

Whatever client information and documents the firm sees remain confidential, disclosed only with the client’s consent or where the law requires.

  • Transparency

From the outset we explain the legal position, the available options, the scope of work and the fees.

  • Precision

Every opinion and memorandum rests on statutory texts and verified documents, not on impressions.

  • Punctuality

We respect statutory and procedural deadlines, and our appointments with clients.

How we work

Our approach to managing complex files

  1. A documented initial review

We review the facts and documents and identify the relevant statutory provisions before giving any opinion.

  2. Conflict-of-interest check

Before accepting a file we confirm there is no conflict with former clients or parties.

  3. A written plan of action

We set out the proposed route (settlement, arbitration, litigation), the expected stages and the documents required.

  4. One responsible lawyer

Each file is assigned to a responsible lawyer who is the client’s point of contact, with internal review of key memoranda.

  5. Regular updates

We inform clients of every development in their file, upcoming dates and the steps taken.

Reconciliation is best

The firm’s motto — from the verse: ﴿وَالصُّلْحُ خَيْرٌ﴾ [An-Nisa: 128]

We believe many disputes can be resolved through reconciliation and amicable settlement, before reaching court or while a case is being heard, saving time, money and relationships. That is why we examine the possibility of settlement in every file, set out the client’s options clearly, and represent them in negotiation and settlement sessions.

If settlement is not possible, we pursue the judicial route with every means the law provides.
